If you are not happy with your current broker representation, it is as easy as a letter to your insurance company to start getting the service we know you deserve. Listed below are some of the benefits that our agency will provide to you, your company, and your employees:

Innovative claims processing techniques
Should any employee have any trouble processing claims, they can simply fax, mail, or e-mail their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to our office along with any bills they receive, and we will research the situation for them.

Every employee will have access to our office staff directly. They will not be required to contact the insurance company directly, or go through your HR Department for benefit information. We will help guide them through the “insurance maze.”

Complimentary enrollment processing service
Paperwork consumes invaluable time you have to aid your company to thrive. Therefore, we offer a complimentary enrollment processing service

-Entails processing new enrollment forms, change forms, and claim forms.
-Fax the new hire/termination paperwork to our office, and we will notify the carrier for you. We will also follow up to make sure the changes were made properly.
-By becoming the broker of record on all lines of coverage, we will also be aware that all employees were properly enrolled (or waived) in all benefit plans (ie, dental, life, and medical).

Annual plan review
Each year, when your plan comes up for renewal, we will review the current plan design compared to the renewal rates that your current carrier provides, along with any alternate plans with your current carrier. This is the time that we would discuss innovative ideas in the insurance industry (HSA, HRA, Partially Self Insured, Global Policies, Cafeteria Plans) that your company might contemplate implementing.

After we receive your updated employee census, we will request quotes from alternate carriers. These quotes will be shown on an easy to view competitive spreadsheet. This process is done for all lines of coverage.

Should you decide to change companies, we will help process all of the paperwork that your new carrier requires. We will also hold enrollment meetings for all employees explaining their new benefits, as well as outline the services our agency provides. Each employee will receive a detailed benefit summary in a paper and PDF format.

24-Hour Service
After hours, our phones are linked with a direct paging system. If an emergency should arise, you or any employee can leave your name and number and someone will call you back within 30 minutes.

HR-Compliance Service
We offer a web based human resource and HIPAA compliance service that aids in the execution of enrollment changes that are subject to Federal HIPAA regulations. These services include:

-Texas New Hire Reporting
-COBRA and State Continuation Administration
-Routine Federal and State Regulatory Assistance
-On-Line Company Handbook and benefit guide available
-Each employee would have a personalized website to view benefits, print ID Cards, etc.
